FounderLex provides tailored legal assistance to entrepreneurs, including contract drafting, compliance review, and advisory sessions. Each service begins upon confirmation of your engagement.

1.2 Information Products

We offer digital resources such as guides, templates, and training materials. Access is granted upon successful purchase.

1.3 Physical Goods

Our tangible products include printed manuals and branded merchandise, shipped to the address provided at checkout.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Legal Services

Clients may request a refund within seven days of service commencement. We will credit the paid amount to your original payment method. Alternately, you may opt to transfer the booked service to another project or future date at no additional fee. However, custom deliverables specifically tailored to your case, such as finalized legal drafts delivered in editable format, are exempt from refund due to the resource commitment involved.

2.2 Information Products

Purchases of digital resources are eligible for a full refund if requested within fourteen days of the purchase date, provided that no more than 20% of the content has been downloaded or accessed. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method once the request is approved.

2.3 Physical Goods

You may send back unused items within thirty days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Upon our receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. No Refund Cases

Services or products that have been fully rendered or accessed, beyond the limits described above, are not eligible for a refund. This policy ensures fair allocation of our resources and maintains service quality.

4. Modifications to Terms

FounderLex reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on founderlex.site with a new effective date.
